Is it just me or is sleeping one of the best activities out there? I seriously wish I could implement naptime in my office, and think employee morale would skyrocket. My bed is pretty much a prized possession at this point, and I can't wait to upgrade to a king once Jonas and I buy our first home.
Although I'm obsessed with my mattress, I actually don't love my bed frame. I bought it as a near-penniless sophomore in college for maybe $200, and it was a classic case of "beggars can't be choosers." What was I going to do though? Give up my liquor budget? I settled on the oil-brushed brass frame with traditional shabby-chic patterns, and the rest is history.
As you can imagine, my style preferences have evolved from when I was 19 (thank goodness), so I'm in the market for an update. I'll probably still keep the frame for a guest bedroom, but at least it won't be a pain point every time I hit the hay. The more I look, the more conflicted I feel about the headboard though! Do I go with someone ultra-simple? Do I make a statement? Do I go for the lux vibe with some tufted fabric? There are too many amazing options for me to decide, so I am welcoming any feedback one my inspiration photos!
Which one would you pick to snooze under?
